AI Pay Analysis: To analyze the hourly rate for a Key Account Specialist in Kentwood, MI, we can consider industry standards and regional market rates. Typically, Key Account Specialists earn between $20 and $35 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, skills, and the specific company’s size and industry. In Kentwood, being part of the broader Grand Rapids metropolitan area, rates might lean towards the mid to higher end of that range due to the presence of various industries and economic opportunities. If the hourly rate falls within this range, it is competitive; if significantly lower, it may be less appealing to potential candidates. Conversely, rates above $35 could indicate a premium position, reflecting higher responsibilities or specialized expertise. For a precise assessment, comparing the specific rate against local job market data and compensation surveys would be essential.
