A Day in the Life of an Assistant General Manager:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with KFC standards and protocols.
• Lead and manage team members while assisting the Restaurant General Manager in training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Manage inventory, uphold food safety standards, and address customer inquiries and concerns.

What You Bring to the Table:

• A minimum of one year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in a food service or retail environment, with Profit & Loss responsibilities, preferably within a quick-service restaurant setting.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Availability to close the restaurant on at least two nights per week.
• Capability to lift, carry, stack, push, or pull heavy objects; to stand and walk continuously for entire shifts; to navigate confined spaces safely; and to operate restaurant equipment.

The anticipated starting compensation for new hires in this position varies by state and locality, as follows:

• All other locations: $12.00 to $22.00 per hour
• State of Maryland: $16.00 to $19.00 per hour
• State of New York: $16.00 to $19.00 per hour
• New York City: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
• Cincinnati, OH: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour
• Toledo, OH: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour
