Qualifications:

• Previous experience is not required; however, candidates with experience in customer service, cashiering, cooking, food handling, basic math, drive-thru operations, safety standards, and fast-food environments will receive preference.
• Must be at least fifteen (15) years of age.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Capability to lift, carry, stack, push, or pull heavy items, as well as the ability to stand and walk continuously throughout shifts. Must navigate compact spaces safely and operate restaurant equipment.

Employees will receive compensation aligned with their skills and experience. The precise compensation will depend on factors including skills, experience, location, and other legally permissible considerations, and will be discussed during the hiring process. The anticipated starting compensation range for new hires in this position across various states and jurisdictions is as follows:

• All other locations: $8.00 to $18.00 per hour
• State of Maryland: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour
• State of New York: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour
• New York City: $16.00 to $17.00 per hour
• Cincinnati, OH: $10.45 to $15.00 per hour
• Toledo, OH: $11.00 to $14.00 per hour
