We are currently seeking a Construction Foreman who is both willing and able to manage while actively collaborating with the crew and small renovation teams. Ideal candidates should possess a solid construction background with experience in electrical work, structural steelwork, and the ability to read blueprints.

The role of the KHI Construction Foreman is critical to our success, serving as the representative of the company while ensuring that workers, subcontractors, material deliveries, and on-site activities stay on schedule. Foremen will lead their small teams of professionals on various projects, ranging from equipment installations (such as surgical booms, lights, and computers) to complete operating room demolitions and renovations. Effective planning, communication, execution, and debriefing on all projects are essential to achieving consistency. As the face of KHI Medical, foremen must be comfortable engaging with clients and fulfilling administrative communications, ultimately fostering client trust and encouraging repeat business.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • A high school diploma is required; a college degree is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • A minimum of three years in a leadership role is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel out of town 80% or more of the time.
  • Ability to work alongside the team in equipment installation.
  • Familiarity with hand and power tools.
  • Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and low-voltage systems.
  • Capability to read plans, interpret instructions, and adhere to the scope of work.
