What you will do:
You will play a key role in ensuring our complimentary 5:30 p.m. Kickback “happy hour” is an enjoyable experience for our guests. Your responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the 5:30 p.m. Kickback by managing food preparation and cleanup activities.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and lobby area.
  • Adhering to food safety standards and ensuring that supplies are adequately stocked.
  • Upholding high standards of integrity, service, and hospitality that align with the Drury culture.
  • Assisting guests by answering questions using your knowledge of the hotel, local area, and events.
  • Providing exceptional customer service with a friendly, approachable demeanor and a commitment to a +1 Service attitude.
