Pay: $23 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $23 for a Kitchen Supervisor position at Nationwide Arena in Columbus, OH, is generally considered competitive, though it may vary depending on specific industry standards and experience levels. In Columbus, the average hourly wage for kitchen supervisors typically ranges from $20 to $30, affected by factors such as the size and type of venue, the complexity of operations, and the candidate’s experience. Considering that Nationwide Arena is a prominent venue requiring a skilled supervisor to manage kitchen staff and operations efficiently, a $23 hourly rate aligns well with local market expectations, especially for entry to mid-level roles in the food service industry.
