Summary:

This role involves opening and closing the hotel Kitchen+Bar in accordance with Company policies and procedures. The position requires maintaining cleanliness and organization in the food prep and bar areas while providing excellent service to guests. It is essential that this team member embodies a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality to uphold the Drury culture with customers and colleagues. A general knowledge of the hotel, local area, and events is necessary to address guest inquiries.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • One year of bartending experience required; two or more years of bartending and supervisory experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; completion of two years of college is preferred.
  • Ability to understand and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Capability to mix and serve a diverse range of beverages in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to perform the roles of bartender, prep cook, cocktail server, or other positions as needed.
  • Must possess the ability to obtain and maintain all requisite certifications as mandated by the Company.
