Summary:
Under general supervision, this position is responsible for opening and closing the hotel Kitchen+Bar in accordance with company policies and procedures. The role entails maintaining a clean and organized food preparation and bar area while serving and assisting guests. It is essential for team members to uphold high standards of integrity, service, and hospitality, thereby promoting the Drury culture to both customers and fellow team members. A general understanding of the hotel, local area, and events is beneficial for addressing guest inquiries.

Required Qualifications:

  • Candidates must be 21 years of age or older.
  • A minimum of one year of bartending experience is required; two or more years is preferred.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary; completion of two years of college is preferred.
