Job Title: Lab Support Technician

Company: Quest Diagnostics

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Pay: $17.2 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $17.20 for a Lab Support Technician in Cincinnati, OH, appears to be slightly below the national average for similar roles, which typically ranges from $18 to $25 per hour depending on experience and specific responsibilities. In Cincinnati, the cost of living is relatively moderate, but the pay may still be considered low, especially for those with specialized skills or certifications. Competitive compensation for this position would generally align more closely with the higher end of that range, particularly in sectors like healthcare and research where the demand for skilled lab personnel remains strong. Overall, this rate may not attract a wide pool of qualified candidates if it does not align with their qualifications and the technical requirements of the role.
