Job description:

New Albany Country Club is currently seeking applications for the position of Ladies Golf Locker Room Attendant. This is a seasonal, part-time role.

Hours of Availability:

  • Tuesday from 8 AM to 3 PM
  • Wednesday evenings from 4 PM to 6 PM
  • Weekends as needed for special ladies events

Role Overview:
The Ladies Golf Locker Room Attendant will deliver exceptional customer service to our members and guests utilizing the locker room facilities. This position requires a meticulous attention to detail and a friendly, approachable demeanor.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the locker room and lounge areas.
  • Greet and assist members and guests with their requests promptly.
  • Monitor inventory of locker room supplies and restock as necessary.
  • Ensure proper locker assignments are maintained.
  • Keep dressing and vanity areas tidy, stocked with towels, and ensure organizational protocols are followed for products.
  • Regularly clean showers and toilets, and manage the removal of soiled towels and trash.
  • Refresh the coffee station in the lounge.
  • Address inquiries regarding services and escort members and guests when required.
  • Provide seamless service by maintaining cleanliness and organization following each use of the facilities.
  • Ensure safety by keeping floors clean and dry.
  • Promptly inform the supervisor of any member or guest complaints and suggestions.
  • Manage the master lock list and coordinate locker name plates.
  • Assist the golf shop with light housekeeping duties as needed.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
