The State of Michigan is seeking a qualified individual for the position of Programmer Analyst 5 – PowerBuilder Developer.
Max Bill Rate: Not applicable per hour.
Key Skills and Required Experience:
- A high level of expertise in SQL query writing, with the ability to craft complex queries to extract data from both Sybase and MS SQL Server databases – a minimum of 10 years of experience is required.
- Proficiency in T-SQL query writing – at least 10 years of experience is necessary.
- Demonstrated experience in documenting processes and conducting unit testing – a minimum of 10 years is expected.
- Strong background in PowerBuilder Development (version 7 or higher) – at least 5 years of experience required.
- Familiarity with source control technologies such as TFS/Azure DevOps or GIT – a minimum of 5 years of experience is required.

Interview Process: Interviews will be conducted virtually via MS Teams video, with the possibility of a second round that may be held in person.
