BASIC FUNCTION & JOB DUTIES:
The Laundry Attendant will perform various duties to ensure clean and sanitary linens and terry for our guests. Responsibilities include washing, drying, sorting, folding, and inspecting items for wear and tear and stains. The individual will maintain cleanliness and organization in the laundry area and manage stock and inventory. Additionally, team members may be called upon to assist with cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as necessary.

To ensure an exceptional guest experience, the Laundry Attendant will provide courteous and friendly service, responding promptly and efficiently to inquiries, requests, and complaints with a +1 Service Attitude. The role contributes to fostering a positive work environment for our diverse team and our guests.

GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, AND ABILITY:
Candidates should possess the ability to follow verbal instructions and demonstrate thorough knowledge of laundry procedures and supplies. A familiarity with various chemicals and detergents is essential, as is the ability to work independently without direct supervision.
