Job Description
Job Title: Laundry Worker
Company: Healthcare Services Group
Location: Suttons Bay, MI
Pay: $17 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, an hourly rate of $17 for a Laundry Worker in Suttons Bay, MI, appears to be slightly below the competitive range. According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, laundry workers typically earn between $12 to $22 per hour, depending on experience, specific job duties, and location. In Michigan, average pay for this role tends to hover around $14 to $18 per hour, suggesting that while $17 is within the acceptable range, it may not be particularly competitive, especially if local employers offer higher wages or additional benefits that enhance overall compensation. Therefore, if the role requires specialized skills or has increased responsibilities, a higher wage may be warranted to attract and retain talent.
