Job Summary
As a Lead Barista, you will be responsible for the efficient operation of the concession stand to which you are assigned, while also supervising staff.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sell concessions, including soft drinks and food items, to patrons attending various events.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring correct change is given.
  • Monitor cash drawer to maintain sufficient change levels.
  • Conduct inventory checks of supplies and equipment while ensuring stock levels meet operational needs.
  • Train and guide stand attendants.
  • Oversee timekeeping accuracy and adherence to OSHA and Health Department regulations.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, exhibiting professionalism with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Perform additional duties as needed.
