Job Description
Job Title: Lead Direct Support Professional
Company: Dungarvin
Location: Columbus, OH
Pay: $19.2 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $19.20 for a “Lead Direct Support Professional” in Columbus, OH, is relatively competitive but may vary depending on specific factors such as experience, certifications, and the organization’s funding. As of 2023, the average hourly wage for similar roles in Ohio tends to range from $15 to $23, with leads or more experienced professionals earning towards the higher end of that spectrum. While $19.20 is within the acceptable range, it’s important to consider local cost of living adjustments, organizational pay scales, and the comprehensive benefits offered, as these can significantly impact overall compensation. Thus, while the rate is generally competitive, it may not fully align with higher-paying opportunities in the field.
