Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  1. Foster relationships and develop strong business connections with customers and clients.
  2. Source potential sales leads and their contact information from diverse channels (e.g., social media, client referrals, events, online platforms, etc.).
  3. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to nurture leads and integrate them into effective campaigns.
  4. Create and maintain a sales prospecting database or CRM, ensuring accuracy of details.
  5. Conduct follow-ups with leads through email, SMS, and phone calls.
  6. Research market trends, customer needs, and industry best practices.
  7. Develop and implement criteria for qualifying leads while monitoring conversion rates.
  8. Undertake ad hoc tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as an Appointment Setter or Lead Generation Specialist with international clients.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in lead generation software and online marketing channels.
  • Familiarity with current technologies, including desktop sharing, cloud services, CRMs, and VoIP systems.
  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office).
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar).
  • Strong phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy with a proactive attitude.

Technical Requirements:

Salary:
