Pay: $25 – 28 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $25 to $28 for a “Lead Media Creator” in Traverse City, MI, is relatively competitive but may vary based on factors such as experience, specific skills, and the local cost of living. According to industry standards, media creators typically earn between $20 and $50 per hour, depending on their expertise and the complexity of the projects they handle. In larger metropolitan areas, this role might command higher wages due to higher demand and cost of living; however, in a smaller market like Traverse City, the offered rate falls within a reasonable range for entry to mid-level positions. Overall, this rate appears fair for the local market while also reflecting the growing need for skilled media professionals.
