Job Description
Job Title: Lead Media Creator
Company: Team Elmer’s
Location: Traverse City, MI
Pay: $25 – 28 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $25 to $28 for a “Lead Media Creator” in Traverse City, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum for similar positions, especially in a growing digital landscape. Industry standards for media creators, particularly those in leadership roles, often range from $30 to $50 per hour, depending on experience, skill set, and specific responsibilities. While cost of living in Traverse City may be lower compared to larger metropolitan areas, this pay scale may not attract top talent or reflect the skill depth needed for a lead position. Therefore, to remain competitive and aligned with industry standards, the compensation may need to be reevaluated.
