The responsibilities of this position include:

  • Welcoming every individual who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and expertise
  • Presenting the Orangetheory Fitness concept to interested individuals during introductory sessions
  • Managing front desk operations, including answering phones and engaging with members
  • Conducting studio tours
  • Collaborating with trainers to support new clients during their first Orangetheory workout
  • Selling memberships to contribute to the success of the studio
  • Following up with prospective clients
  • Addressing member concerns professionally and objectively with a focus on resolution
  • Participating in marketing and outreach initiatives
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in all areas of the studio
