Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary communication link for all work-related requests directed to unit management.
- Train and acclimate new associates to both company culture and client operations.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of all menu items and their ingredients.
- Proactively address and resolve any complaints or issues that arise.
- Assist in the recruitment, selection, and orientation of employees, overseeing their training in relevant areas.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
