Job Summary
The Lead Server is responsible for taking and delivering food and drink orders, ensuring an enjoyable dining experience while maintaining a clean and safe environment for all guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison for all work-related requests communicated to unit management.
  • Train and orient new associates to both the company and client cultures, as well as operational standards.
  • Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of all menu items and their ingredients.
  • Address and resolve complaints or issues promptly.
  • Assist with the selection and training of new employees in designated areas of responsibility.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
