AI Pay Analysis: To assess the competitiveness of the hourly rate for the “Lead Server (Senior Living Dining)” role in Dearborn, MI, it’s essential to consider general wage trends for similar positions in the senior living and dining sectors. Typically, lead server roles in this niche range from $15 to $25 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, location, and specific employer characteristics. In Dearborn, which has a moderate cost of living, a rate at or above the mid-point of this range can be considered competitive. If the offered rate is within this range or slightly above, it is likely to align well with industry standards, making it an attractive opportunity for candidates with relevant experience in senior living environments.
