Job description:
Great opportunity for a skilled Lead Sign Installer.

Responsibilities:
– Possess signage experience and a clean driving record while leading an installation team.
– Oversee the installation of signs and various support structures, including the drilling and pouring of concrete foundations.
– Complete all necessary paperwork as required by management, including work orders and material lists.
– Ensure that signs, pipes, and other related materials are properly and securely loaded.
– Conduct general maintenance on company trucks and equipment, maintaining both the interior and exterior appearance, as well as care and security of all vehicles and equipment.
– Execute necessary housekeeping activities, including cleaning up debris resulting from installation activities, and properly storing materials and equipment when not in use, along with any potentially offensive or hazardous items.
– Demonstrate flexibility in work hours, including the willingness to work overtime as required by management.
– Safely and efficiently fulfill the physical demands of the position.
– Attend all required meetings and training sessions.
– Manage and secure all company resources with diligence.

Qualifications:
– A minimum of 5 years of experience in the installation of exterior and interior signage is required.
– Prior experience as an Installation Lead is essential.
– A valid Driver’s License is required; a CDL Class A or B is preferred but not mandatory.
– Crane and OSHA 10/30 certifications are preferred but not essential.
– Experience with bucket trucks or crane trucks is a plus.
– Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction drawings.
– Strong attention to detail.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
