Responsibilities:
– Greet customers warmly as they enter our stores, providing exceptional customer service.
– Deliver outstanding food and beverage products created to meet customer specifications in a safe, efficient, and friendly manner.
– Mentor and coach your team, guiding them in task prioritization and effectiveness as Team Members.
– Monitor store inventory to ensure that products are ordered, properly merchandised, rotated, and readily available for customers.
– Maintain cleanliness in all store areas, including the kitchen and dining spaces.
Qualifications:
– Ability to multi-task, engage in repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds, with the capacity to assist in lifting 40 pounds.
