Responsibilities:
– Greet customers warmly and provide exemplary customer service
– Ensure customer satisfaction by serving high-quality food and beverages tailored to their specifications in a safe, efficient, and friendly manner
– Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and thrive as a cohesive unit
– Monitor in-store inventory to ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available to customers
– Maintain cleanliness in the store, kitchen, and dining areas
Qualifications:
– Ability to multitask, perform repetitive bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds, with the capability to assist in lifting up to 40 pounds
– Must be at least 18 years old (Virginia state law requires supervisors to be 21 years of age or older for specific tasks)
