Responsibilities:
– Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
– Deliver quality food and beverages tailored to customer specifications in a safe, prompt, and friendly manner.
– Mentor and coach team members to effectively prioritize tasks and excel as part of the team.
– Maintain awareness of in-store products, ensuring they are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available for customers.
– Uphold cleanliness standards in the store, kitchen, and dining areas.

Qualifications:
– Ability to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, as well as lifting up to 20 pounds independently and assisting in lifting up to 40 pounds.
– Must be at least 18 years of age (Virginia state law requires Supervisors to be at least 21 years of age for specific responsibilities).
