Rockwell Automation’s Early Career Rotational Program is a comprehensive 1-2 year initiative featuring multiple tracks designed to equip associates with the essential tools for developing their technical leadership and innovation capabilities within a global company.

As a member of the Projects – Power & Control team, your journey will begin in January or June 2025, where you will:

  • Participate in Rockwell Automation’s Engineer in Training (EIT) Program, an entry-level initiative emphasizing formal classroom training, hands-on learning, and relevant work assignments.
  • Acquire experience in technical and leadership competencies through classroom training, mentoring, career planning, and networking opportunities, alongside regular interactions with company leaders.
  • Gain exposure to industrial automation technologies developed across Rockwell Automation’s core business segments, supporting The Connected Enterprise. This includes automation software, programmable automation controllers, intelligent motor control, machine safety, process control, industrial security, cloud computing, industrial Ethernet, motion control, variable-frequency drives, and more.
  • Explore a variety of industries through Rockwell Automation’s innovative product offerings.

  • Rotation 1: Engineer in Training Program

Your Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer requirements to identify optimal control system solutions, including the necessary hardware and software configurations.
  • Assist in conceptual hardware system design and define control system strategies to meet customer needs.
  • Support the integration of third-party hardware, software, and control systems.
  • Conduct visits to third-party suppliers and panel shops to monitor progress, provide technical assistance, and perform inspections.
  • Undertake internal and customer system testing.
  • Facilitate on-site control system commissioning as required.

The Essentials – You Will Have:

  • A Bachelor’s or advanced degree from an accredited institution.
