Job Description
Job Title: Level I Technician, Tower
Company: ADB Companies
Location: Lansing, MI
Pay: $20 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $20 for a “Level I Technician, Tower” position in Lansing, MI, is generally considered on the lower end of the spectrum based on industry standards. Typically, entry-level technician roles in telecommunications or infrastructure maintenance, like tower technicians, can range from $18 to $25 per hour depending on experience, certifications, and specific company requirements. While $20 may be competitive for entry-level positions, regions with higher costs of living or demand for skilled labor could push salaries upwards. Additionally, considering potential overtime, benefits, and advancement opportunities is important when evaluating overall competitiveness. Thus, this rate may attract candidates but could struggle to maintain longer-term retention without additional incentives.
