What We’re Looking For:
As part of our team, your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating closely with Registered Nurses to assess patients
• Administering medications and monitoring patients for adverse reactions
• Conducting routine lab tests and providing therapeutic services
• Educating patients and their families about treatment plans, including self-care after discharge, holistic health needs, resources, and follow-up care
• Identifying safety hazards and emergencies to ensure resident safety, taking corrective measures as necessary
