What We’re Looking For:
As part of our team, your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating closely with Registered Nurses to assess patients
- Administering medications and monitoring patients for adverse reactions
- Conducting routine lab tests and providing therapeutic services
- Educating patients and their families about treatment plans, including self-care after discharge, holistic health needs, resources, and follow-up care
- Identifying safety hazards and emergencies to ensure resident safety, taking corrective measures as necessary

- BLS Provider certification obtained within one month (30 days) of hire or transfer date
- Valid Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse credential obtained prior to hire or transfer date
