What We’re Looking For:
As a member of our team, your responsibilities will include:
- Collaboratively assessing patients alongside Registered Nurses
- Administering medications and monitoring patients for any adverse reactions
- Performing routine lab tests and therapeutic services
- Educating patients and their families on treatment plans, self-care post-discharge, holistic health needs, available resources, and follow-up care
- Identifying safety hazards and emergency situations, taking appropriate corrective actions to ensure resident safety
Qualifications:
We would love to connect with you if you possess:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification to be obtained within one month (30 days) of hire or transfer date
- Active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse license obtained prior to hire or transfer date
- High school diploma or GED
