What We’re Looking For:
As a member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaboratively assessing patients alongside Registered Nurses
  • Administering medications and monitoring patients for any adverse reactions
  • Performing routine lab tests and therapeutic services
  • Educating patients and their families on treatment plans, self-care post-discharge, holistic health needs, available resources, and follow-up care
  • Identifying safety hazards and emergency situations, taking appropriate corrective actions to ensure resident safety

Qualifications:
We would love to connect with you if you possess:

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification to be obtained within one month (30 days) of hire or transfer date
  • Active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse license obtained prior to hire or transfer date
  • High school diploma or GED
