WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
As a member of our team, you will:
– Collaborate closely with Registered Nurses to assess patient needs
– Administer medications and observe patients for any adverse reactions
– Conduct routine laboratory tests and therapeutic services
– Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, self-care after discharge, holistic health needs, available resources, and follow-up care
– Identify safety hazards and emergency situations to ensure resident safety, taking appropriate corrective actions

If you possess the following qualifications, we would love to hear from you:
– BLS Provider certification within 30 days of hire or transfer
– Current Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse licensure prior to hire or transfer
– High school diploma or GED
