WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
As a member of our team, you will:

  • Collaborate closely with Registered Nurses to contribute to patient assessments
  • Administer medications and monitor patients for any adverse reactions
  • Conduct routine lab tests and provide therapeutic services
  • Educate patients and their families about proposed treatment plans, including self-care post-discharge, holistic health needs, available resources, and follow-up care
  • Identify potential safety hazards and emergency situations to ensure resident safety, and take appropriate corrective action

Qualifications:
