Job Description
Job Title: Life Safety Inspector
Company: Viking Automatic Sprinkler Company
Location: Detroit, MI
Pay: $24 – 34 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $24 to $34 for a Life Safety Inspector in Detroit, MI, appears to be competitive, though it falls toward the lower end of the average market range. Typically, life safety inspectors may earn between $25 and $40 per hour, depending on their experience, certifications, and local demand for such roles. In Detroit specifically, this wage is reasonable, especially given the cost of living and the regional economy, but individuals with significant experience or specialized qualifications may find better opportunities in higher-paying markets or metropolitan areas. Overall, while the offered rate is viable, it may not fully capitalize on the potential earnings in the field.
