Job Title: Lifeguard

Company: Goldfish Swim School

Location: North Canton, OH

Pay: $10.5 – 15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $10.50 to $15 for a lifeguard in North Canton, OH, is generally competitive but slightly on the lower end compared to prevailing industry standards. According to sources like the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics and local job postings, lifeguard positions typically pay between $12 to $18 per hour depending on experience, certifications, and the specific facility. The offered range may attract entry-level candidates or those working at community pools, but experienced lifeguards with certifications such as CPR and first aid could expect higher pay, suggesting that the rate may need to be adjusted for better talent retention and recruitment. Overall, while it is within the realm of acceptable wages, it could be enhanced to align better with the demands of the role and the local market expectations.
