Job Description
Job Title: Lifeguard
Company: Goldfish Swim School
Location: North Canton, OH
Pay: $10.5 – 15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $10.50 to $15 for a lifeguard position in North Canton, OH, is generally on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to industry standards. As of 2023, lifeguard wages in the United States typically range from $12 to $20 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, certifications, and the specific demands of the job. While entry-level positions may start at around $10.50, more experienced lifeguards or those with additional certifications (like CPR or AED) often command higher wages. In Ohio, a similar regional wage range can be observed, suggesting that while the provided rate may attract applicants, it may struggle to retain skilled lifeguards looking for more competitive compensation.
