Fox Motors is seeking a Lincoln New Car Sales Professional to join our team at Fox Grand Traverse in Traverse City, Michigan. Key Responsibilities:
As a Lincoln New Car Sales Professional, you will be entrusted with providing exceptional purchase experiences. Your responsibilities will include direct interaction and consultation with customers, utilizing dealership systems for follow-up, and delivering the highest standards of customer service to establish a solid business relationship.   • Approaching, greeting, and assisting customers entering the dealership showroom or Product Specialist lot.
  • Staying informed about the latest product information to maintain a high standard of vehicle knowledge.

  • Conducting high-quality, professional demonstrations of vehicle features.
  • Utilizing dealership systems to perform both pre- and post-sale follow-ups to develop and maintain a client database.
  • Maintaining an understanding of vehicle values, finance products, and Fox programs.
  • Ensuring compliance with Fox processes during vehicle delivery.
  • Introducing customers to various points of interest within the dealership.
  • Assisting in showroom preparation to ensure an appealing selection of vehicles and a presentable environment for customers.
