Line and Prep Cook Duties and Responsibilities
As a vital member of our culinary team, you will be accountable for delivering meals that are fresh, visually appealing, and exquisitely prepared according to our members’ specifications. Your daily responsibilities will encompass, but not be limited to:

  • Ensuring that all ingredients and final dishes meet freshness standards.
  • Preparing your workstation for service efficiently.
  • Accurately following recipes, which includes measuring, weighing, and mixing ingredients.
  • Employing various cooking techniques as required.
  • Presenting, garnishing, and arranging final dishes with care.
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment, including proper handling of food ingredients, utensils, equipment, and dishes.
  • Safely handling and storing ingredients and food items in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Communicating effectively with the Food & Beverage team, both front-of-house and back-of-house.
  • Disposing of waste in the designated dumpster area at the conclusion of shifts.
  • Standing for shifts of 4 to 8 hours.
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs as needed.

Job Types: Full-time and Part-time
Pay Range: $13-$18 per hour, commensurate with experience and performance.
