Job description:
The Cleveland Marriott East is seeking skilled culinary professionals to join our dynamic team as PM Line Cooks for the full-time, second shift. Our hotel features a variety of food and beverage outlets, including the River City Grille, which serves a diverse menu of entrees, soups, salads, and desserts daily. We also offer in-room dining for guests who wish to enjoy their meals in the comfort of their own rooms, as well as a wide selection of breakfast items at our morning buffet.

As a PM Line Cook, you will utilize your culinary expertise to ensure the preparation and presentation of high-quality food for our evening guests. Candidates are expected to possess previous line cook experience, preferably in a hotel or restaurant environment, and must be available to work weekends.

Key responsibilities include preparing food items in line with production requirements and quality standards, maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment, and adhering to food specifications for consistency. Additional tasks involve assisting with food preparation for upcoming shifts, handling banquet meal prep as assigned, and ensuring proper food storage and rotation.
