This Line Cook role may involve working either the 1st or 2nd shift, where the successful candidate will be responsible for preparing breakfast, lunch, or dinner menu items for the Dining Room and Lounge, as well as for banquet events such as weddings and corporate meetings. During periods when a dishwasher is unavailable, the Line Cook may occasionally be required to assist with dishwashing duties, particularly during the off-peak season.

Candidates must have prior cooking experience in a high-volume setting and possess the skills necessary to sauté, fry, broil, and grill. Familiarity with batch cooking for large groups is advantageous. Availability should include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The pay rate for this position ranges from $12 to $18 per hour, contingent upon the knowledge, skills, and abilities you contribute to our team.
