Are you an experienced cook seeking to leverage your culinary skills in a welcoming, high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment? We have an excellent opportunity for you! Compensation will be commensurate with experience.

This Line Cook position offers flexibility with 1st or 2nd shifts, where the successful candidate will be responsible for operating the hot or cold line to prepare breakfast, lunch, or dinner menu items for the Dining Room and Lounge. Additionally, the role includes preparing meals for banquet events such as weddings and corporate meetings. During slower seasons, responsibilities may also involve washing dishes in the absence of a dishwasher.

Candidates must have prior experience as a Cook in a high-volume setting and demonstrate proficiency in sautéing, frying, broiling, and grilling. Experience with batch cooking for large groups is advantageous. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

The pay rate ranges from $12 to $18 per hour, depending on the knowledge, skills, and abilities you bring to our team.
