Job Summary
As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen operations by completing all assigned prep work, setting up the cook’s station, and upholding product presentation, quality, and cooking time standards. This position requires you to prepare all menu items in accordance with Applebee’s recipes, plate presentations, and specifications.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in the Casual Restaurant industry is preferred.
  • A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Current alcohol and food certification that meets state requirements is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of team leadership and effective conflict resolution strategies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
