Job Summary
As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for completing all assigned prep work, setting up the cook’s station, and maintaining high standards of product presentation, quality, and cook times. Your role will consist of preparing all menu items in accordance with Applebee’s recipes, plate presentations, and specifications.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of one year’s experience in the casual restaurant industry is preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Current alcohol and food certification that meets state requirements is preferred.
  • A strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution strategies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to comfortably meet the physical demands of a restaurant environment.
