Job Summary
As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in our kitchen team by completing all assigned prep work, setting up the cook’s station, and maintaining high standards for product presentation, quality, and cook times. You will prepare menu items in accordance with Applebee’s recipes, plate presentations, and specifications.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year’s experience in the casual restaurant industry is preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• Current alcohol and food certification that meets state requirements is preferred.
• Strong team leadership skills along with positive conflict resolution abilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Physical stamina to meet the demands of a fast-paced restaurant environment.
