Job Summary
As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen by completing all assigned prep work, setting up the cook’s station, and maintaining the highest standards of product presentation, quality, and cook times. You will prepare all menu items in accordance with Applebee’s Recipes, Plate Presentations, and specifications.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in the casual dining industry is preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• Current alcohol and food certification that meets state requirements is preferred.
• Strong understanding of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to comfortably manage the physical demands of a restaurant environment.
