Job Summary
As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in our kitchen by executing assigned prep work, setting up the cook’s station, and upholding standards for product presentation, quality, and cook time. You will prepare all menu items in accordance with Applebee’s recipes, plate presentations, and specifications.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in the casual restaurant industry is preferred.
• A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Current alcohol and food safety certification that meets state requirements is preferred.
• Solid understanding of team leadership and effective conflict resolution practices.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to comfortably meet the physical demands of a restaurant environment.
