Job Summary
As a Line Cook, you will be tasked with completing all assigned prep work, establishing the cook’s station, and maintaining standards for product presentation, quality, and cook times. This role requires the preparation of all menu items in accordance with Applebee’s recipes, plate presentations, and specifications.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year’s experience in the casual restaurant industry is preferred.
• A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• Possession of current alcohol and food certification that meets state requirements is preferred.
• A strong understanding of team leadership and effective conflict resolution techniques.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to comfortably meet the physical demands of a restaurant environment.
