Job Summary
As a Line Cook, you will play an essential role in our kitchen by completing assigned prep work, setting up the cook’s station, and upholding standards for product presentation, quality, and cooking times. You will be responsible for preparing all menu items in line with Applebee’s recipes, plate presentations, and specifications.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in the casual restaurant industry is preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• Current alcohol and food certification meeting state requirements is preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of team leadership and effective conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to comfortably meet the physical demands of a restaurant environment.
