Job Summary

As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for all assigned preparation work, setting up the cook’s station, and maintaining standards for product presentation, quality, and cooking times. You will prepare all menu items in accordance with Applebee’s recipes, plate presentations, and specifications.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in the Casual Restaurant industry is preferred.
  • A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements are preferred.
  • Strong understanding of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to comfortably meet the physical demands of a restaurant environment.
