Job Summary:
The primary responsibilities of this role include preparing and cooking food at a designated station, maintaining clean prep areas, and ensuring kitchen stock levels are adequate.

Responsibilities:
– Set up cook stations, ensuring they are stocked with the required preparation supplies.
– Prepare food on the line by cutting, mixing, chopping, and creating sauces as needed.
– Cook menu items on the line—grilling, frying, chopping, sautéing, and broiling—while adhering to quality standards and established recipes.
– Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards, implementing and adhering to a comprehensive restaurant cleaning checklist that complies with state and local food safety and sanitation regulations.
– Handle and store food safely and appropriately.
– Conduct inventory counts before and after shifts and complete food inventory or storage documentation.
– Availability to work weekends, the capacity to stand for extended periods, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
