Job Summary:
The primary responsibilities of this role involve preparing and cooking food at a designated station, maintaining cleanliness in prep areas, and ensuring the kitchen is adequately stocked.

Responsibilities:

– Set up cooking stations and stock them with essential preparation supplies
– Prepare food on the line by cutting, mixing, chopping, and creating sauces as needed
– Cook menu items following quality guidelines and standardized recipes through grilling, frying, chopping, sautéing, and broiling
– Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards by adhering to a restaurant cleaning checklist that complies with state and local food safety and sanitation regulations
– Handle and store food safely and properly
– Conduct inventory counts before and after shifts and complete food inventory or storage documentation
– Availability to work weekends, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 50 pounds
